In August a fire broke out in a small school in Sucho Toto — the only school within 60 km of a village that is teaching its children to read and write. Thankfully no one was harmed, but all the books and learning materials were destroyed, as well as the interior of the school. Our aim is to restore this small school for the town of Sucho Toto so we can empower tomorrow's youth and improve literacy rates. Our funds will go toward purchasing textbooks, renovating the interior, buying desks, and replacing school supplies. By donating even $50, $100, or $250 you will have a massive impact on this project. Every $50 allows us to buy 20 textbooks. Every $500 sponsors a classroom for the year. Here are a few photos of the devastating fire of August 2026.

Architect's drawings finalized; bricks arriving next week

Sucho Toto's village engineer finished the rebuild drawings this morning. Three classrooms, a small library, and a covered courtyard. Bricks arrive next Monday. We're still 60% short of goal — every share helps.
