Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Madad, operated by Ghoncha Online Services.
1. The service
Madad is a crowdfunding platform that connects campaign organizers in Afghanistan with donors worldwide. Madad is not a bank, charity, or party to the agreement between organizers and donors: we provide the technology to publish campaigns and process donations.
2. Accounts and identity verification
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Before publishing a campaign or withdrawing funds, organizers must complete identity verification (KYC) with a government-issued document. Accounts that provide false information may be suspended and reported where the law requires.
3. Donations and payments
All payments are processed by HesabPay. Donations are made in Afghan Afghani (AFN); US dollar figures are an approximate display only. Donations are voluntary gifts to the campaign's beneficiary and are generally not refundable, except as described in section 5. Madad charges no platform fee; optional tips help us operate the service.
4. Organizer obligations
Organizers must use funds exclusively for the stated purpose of the campaign, keep their campaign truthful and updated, and comply with Afghan law and applicable international sanctions. Withdrawals are reviewed by our team and paid to a verified HesabPay destination held by the organizer or beneficiary.
5. Refunds and the Madad Guarantee
If a campaign is found to be fraudulent — money raised under false pretenses — donors may request a refund within one year of the donation, and we will refund eligible donations after investigation. Report suspected misuse from the campaign page.
6. Prohibited campaigns
Campaigns may not raise funds for weapons, violence, illegal activity, sanctioned individuals or entities, hate or discrimination, or anything that misleads donors. We review campaigns before publication and may pause, remove, or refund any campaign that violates these rules.
7. Content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of the photos and text you post, and you grant Madad a license to display them to operate and promote the platform. Do not post content you have no right to share, or that exposes private information about others without consent.
8. Liability and changes
Madad provides the platform “as is” and is not liable for an organizer's use of funds, although we work actively to prevent misuse. We may update these terms; significant changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes means acceptance. Contact: info@ghoncha.com.
